It’s rare to say you’ve been in an industry since its inception. Working professionally in digital since 1994, and having run old school bulletin boards since 1983, I’ve spent a long time getting to know this industry. An industry that’s experienced incredible evolution–and revolution–is still changing (and in many ways still in its infancy), it's been a long, exciting journey.

• Product Design of US-based whole-school reform site at BBN Technologies 

• Design and delivery of U.K.’s first data.gov.uk

• Co-design of Sir Tim Bernard-Lee’s first ODI Summit website in 2012

• Founded and run 2 award-winning design agencies (U.S. and U.K.)

• Led teams winning BIMA Grand Prix and Entertainment awards and a Webby

• Director of Product and Design for a well-known estate agency site

• Co-founder and Chief Product Officer of a mobile app start-up

• VP of Product and Design for a business data scale-up

• Delivered and led major U.K. bank Customer Labs capability

• Restructured major U.K. mobile telecoms Digital Customer Experience team

• Built Product Design function in global B2B FS software platform company

 

I’ve spent the last 10 years as an independent consultant helping organizations shape their product and service vision, supporting leaders, and building and restructuring digital practices.​​ I’ve also designed and delivered remote and in-person courses focused on helping digital teams strengthen their practices inside their organizations.
