Introduction

At UserZoom (which later became UserTesting), I was initially brought in to carry out a low level assessment of the ways of working for an in-house Research Partners team. This ultimately led to running workshops focused on how to improve the maturity level of their practice.

This work led to being asked to support leadership in Europe and USA by providing 1:1 sessions to talk through issues they were having, provide a strategic thinking partner, and to help them with new and improved ways of running their teams and engaging the business.

A new phase of work involved creating and running courses for existing and prospective clients, usually Research or Design Leadership, around how to better engage in their businesses, improve relationships with their stakeholders, understand the value their teams provided and they value they should expect from others, and how to create and deliver annual team roadmaps.

After the merger with UserTesting, I participated in an online Webinar - Calculating and communicating the ROI of product design - with Jason Giles, the VP of Product Design at UserTesting.
